Just thought I'd share a little April Fools Day Fun! I made this cake for dinner tonight. I doubled my favorite meatloaf recipe and baked it in two round cake pans. Then I layered on a plate, frosted with mashed potatoes, and decorated with peas and carrots! My 6 year really got a kick out of this.
